The CBCF Leadership Team consists of six people. The two elders, Mike Leader and Steve Gurnett, and Trevor Tinlin, Doug Culmer and Charlie and Sue Redford. Mike is seen as a spiritual father to the Fellowship and he takes a leading role in worship and youth as well as being very involved in preaching and teaching.
