I'm an artist. bear with me. Monday, December 13, 2010. I've finally let these guys out of my head-they've been taking up space for at least a year now. I remember sitting at a friend's house, waiting for tv night to begin, and it hit me- I think I even made some kind of weird "ooooooh! Anyway, I created these felted animal heads for a show called "Multiplicity" at brazee street studios. These won't be available on my etsy site. At least not for a while. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm an artist. bear with me. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. 18 down, 12 to go. I'm gearing up for the Good Design Event. At the Contemporary Arts Center, and trying to get it all done before tomorrow.I have at least 48 little claws to put on the abominable snowmen. Recipes, crafts for kids, and money saving deals! So the portobello pizzas were a success! I told my son that it was "pizza" and he scarfed his down. I basically a combined a few different techniques and this one seemed to work best:. 1 Take off the caps and scrape out gills of mushrooms (I used a spoon). 2 Clean the mushrooms- use a damp towel and wipe them. Do NOT place them under water. 3 Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. (Flip them over after 15 minutes). If you have never been to Blue Manatee.
