Blue Ribbon is no longer accepting Rent to Own deals due to the difficult market conditions. We will continue to monitor the real estate market, however a lack of appreciation, and even a loss of value in multiple areas, makes it difficult to provide reasonable returns for our investors while ensuring a fair purchase price in line with appraised values for Tenant Buyers. 1st Annual Blue Ribbon Run 5K. Run or walk in the Blue Ribbon Run for Prostate Cancer benefiting Us Too. The flat course is perfect for those who are serious competitors as well as fun for families and walkers. The course will both start and finish at the Cherry bend Community Park located on Cherry Bend Road in Elmwood Twsp. There will be one 5K route (equivalent to 3.1 miles). The course will take participants through local neighborhoods, the TART Trail and Cedar Creek Senior Apartments.
