Weighing in at 9lbs and 22.5 inches long, we welcomed our sweet Emmett at 3:15am on March 7 after a QUICK and nearly painless labor. In fact, daddy had the honor of delivering Emmett because he came SO quick that the midwife didn't even make it! Mommy, daddy and big sister Eliana are so in love! He is absolutely precious! Hoping you are adjusting to life with two and all is well!

Shoes and the Zoo. Lucas has been very interested in putting on our shoes lately. Here are some of his best shots! Daddy's shoes are cool.. But Mommy's shoes are the BEST! The shoes don't even have to match. Or have to be on the right foot.they are still awesome! Lucas loved the elephants. So much more fun sitting on top of Daddy's shoulders. I'd been putting it off, but after successfully pulling his locks into piggy tails, I knew I couldn't wait any longer.
