It will amaze you to know that I have been very busy with NGO work and have really tried to make it a priority over the last few weeks. Some amazing things are happening at the Foundation (which tackles malnutrition in Mumbai) and I have been working on the strategic planning side - in readiness for our new financial year. Wednesday, 25 September 2013. Je suis en France! OK, that's about the extent of my French - it's about as good as my Hindi. So here we are in Provence, in the South of France. The sun is shining, we are staying on a delightful converted lavender farm and I can't stop eating. Oh the things I have been missing! All types of smelly cheeses, hams, French baguettes, fresh cream cakes and real beef steaks with frites. It's heaven! Here is a little 'taster' of what I have been suffering. Links to this post.

Tuesday, 10 June 2014. The Changing Colours of the Mumbai Sky. Sometimes the sea is obscured by smog, and sometimes the view is as crisp as anything. June is a particularly interesting time of the year - when the clouds begin to gather in readiness for the monsoon. Pre-monsoon and clouds begin to gather. June 2013 at 1pm and the view is crisp and the trees are a lush green. The clouds obscure the setting sun at 7.30pm. Red sky at night.shepherd's delight (as we say in the UK). 14 June 2014 at 21:08.
