Sue and I came home from last year’s holiday trip to find our dock with an enormous puddle of water stretching from the dock door over to our refrigerators (about 50′). Suddenly I worried that the Phase 2 Roof Replacement. Less than two months old had failed miserably and a new un-tarped leak was making it all the way down to the first floor.
