A little olive oil, makes the dough nice and smooth as you are rolling it out (I learned that from my brother). Flour, enough so it is not sticky when you roll. This recipe is from my home ward's cookbook and was actually submitted by one of my cousins, Stacy. We love it! 62 oz rice (weird measurement but it's about 2 1/2 to 3 cups when cooked). 1 medium bell pepper. 1 can artichoke hearts. 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped (canned chicken is really good in this and fast too). 1/4 cup sliced green onions.

Melt the butter in a pan on low heat. Add marshmallow, melt completely (yes it seems to take forever but it will be worth it). Add Rice Krispies, stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press into a cookie pan or something similar. Let cool and cut into squares. Try not to eat them all in one day.

Tuesday, May 29, 2012. So I am just going to put up pictures from the last, oh I don't know, year or so. It has been a long time since I did anything on here because life has kept us busy. Just a quick update: we now have 3 kids. It has kept us busy and a little sleepy. I totally put all the pictures on here wrong and not in any sort of order. Sorry for my lack of blogging skills. Monday, September 5, 2011. I am a bad mom and did not take very many pictures of Aidie's birthday party. Needless to say we had lots of little friends and lots of fun. Aidie was such a fantastic birthday girl. Aidie's first Dance Recital. I was so nervous for her but she did awesome. She had the cutest "Cruella De Ville" dance. She cannot wait for dance to start up again. The Fourth of July was cold again this year. Fireworks are still fun, even if you need a blanket. This kid loves her daddy!
