Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes. 1 cup uncooked rolled oats. 1 cup whole wheat flour. 3/4 cup cup all-purpose flour (I use all whole wheat). 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons dry milk powder (I don't use this). 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I use applesauce, you can also substitute milled flax seed for this, directions on the bag). 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 banana, mashed. 1 1/2 tsp salt.
