Daily wear and tear. Daily wear and tear. January 8, 2016. So the last week has been insanely hectic. My aunt moving in with us full time and mom navigating the stress of that as well as getting her head wrapped around grandmother’s estate has impacted us in that there need to be extra hands to get things done. We did manage to get out to the boat and work on scraping the bottom – this is going to be an endless-seeming task as we have to get.

No experience sailing before marrying Geoff, but responsible for moving us onto the sailboat, downsizing our junk, and planning our trip logistics. Also very good at chopping vegetables into tiny-sized chunks, but not very good at cooking.
