First, last week my Sister In Law Lori came to town and we went down to San Diego and Coronado Island and fell in love with the place. It is so beautiful! Lori really needed a vacation. She's still really dealing with the loss of my brother in September (we all are really) and I think this really did her some good. I hope so anyway. It did me good that's for sure. So I got this crazy idea to recruit some friends and sign them and Natalie up for drama.WOW - I wished someone talked me out of this one. Natalie loved it, of course but it drove me nuts! And our daily adventures. May 12, 2009. Why is it that during the day I'm so tired but come 11:00 at night I get a burst of energy and can't find myself in bed before 1am? I want to go to bed. When I put Rebecca down at 8:30 I could totally fall asleep with her. But I get up, spend some time with Joe and it's like I've had 5 cups of coffee. Adapted from a recipy by Phoebe Liosnbee. 1 tablespoon yeast 1/4 cup warm water. 2 1/2 cups warm water. 6 cups whole wheat flour. 1/3 cup coconut oil. 1/2 cup raw honey. 3 tablespoons ground flax. Dissolve yeast into 1/4 cup warm water in a small bowl. Let sit until it has doubled in size, about 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
