It's the Middle that Counts: I've been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad blogger lately
http://makingthemostofthemiddle.blogspot.com/2012/05/ive-been-terrible-horrible-no-good-very.html
I've been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad blogger lately. Is the first week of May really over already? Time really does fly doesn't it. It feels like the past few weeks have been a complete blur with everything we've had going on. Hopefully, now that things are starting to settle down just a bit, I can get back to blogging normally. So what have we been up to over like the past month? Over 80,000 people visited that day and I think we were run over by at least half of them. May 9, 2012 at 5:21 PM.

It's the Middle that Counts: About Me
http://makingthemostofthemiddle.blogspot.com/p/our-family.html
I am a 25 year old wife to Eric, mommy to Nicholas (born April 9, 2011) and 3 very spoiled fur babies. I am a sister, friend, daughter, full-time student, Scentsy consultant, Army wife and stay at home momma. I love being crafty, even if my projects don't turn out quite like I picture them, baking, reading, camping, being outdoors and listening to my baby laugh. My husband is, without a doubt, my best friend and often knows more about me than I do about myself. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm Amber. ...

It's the Middle that Counts: April 2012
http://makingthemostofthemiddle.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Oh the joys of having kids. Before I had a child, sickness would come, spend a day or two and then quickly slip away, moving on to its next victim. Now, it lingers. For DAYS. It seems like whatever bug entered our house just keeps getting passed back and forth between the members of our family. I am so ready to be rid of it. Be back in a couple of days after we, hopefully, kick this bug. Featured Mommy Monday: Samantha. Or check her out on Facebook. Well as The Momsay! I have two rambunctious. Drawsometh...

It's the Middle that Counts: What not to say
http://makingthemostofthemiddle.blogspot.com/2012/04/what-not-to-say.html
What not to say. So, I'm still working on getting N's big birthday post up. The sickies this last weekend threw everything for a loop. But, until then I thought I would share with all of you something I found this morning. Mum's the Word: 10 Things You Should Never Say to a Pregnant Woman. I had way too many of those "I don't know you, we've never met, we're perfect strangers, so please back away from the belly" moments. Have anything to add to the list? I'd love to hear them! What not to say. Tales of a...

It's the Middle that Counts: March 2012
http://makingthemostofthemiddle.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
I've had this post floating around in my mind for a few weeks now but just haven't been able to write it out. I know having pets is different for everyone. Some people see them as pets, companions, others see them as members of the family, the fur babies you had before your real babies came along. I fit into the second group. This little kitten came to be known around our house as Sugar. She was sweet, loving and loved playing with balls and string. When I started college and moved into my own place, she...
