Sunday, April 6, 2014. Benton has been asking for months to go camping. He saw kids making s'mores in the woods on TV and wanted in on that action. Brack was on spring break this week and happily obliged our almost-four-year-old. They hiked, set up camp, explored, saw a lizard, waded in the creek, cooked noodles and, yes, ate s'mores. Benton came home dirty, happy and already planning his next trip. Thanks to Brack for bringing the camera along to take pictures for this sentimental mom. Put Up Your Dukes.

Friday, August 7, 2015. Magically, miraculously there are enough digital projectors for every teacher in the building. We only had 5 when I started 3 years ago. I am almost as happy as when I got those thousands of books from my old school! Now I just have the unpleasant task of figuring out how to get rid of 25 overhead projectors and giant tvs. I dont know but im sure it will be in the dark of night when no hoarder teachers are watching.
