Our journey from two to three. Monday, May 11, 2009. An impromptu trip to the beach. Posted by Amy at 11:39 PM. So a day and a half later with three kids in the back of my car, we were on the road! We had such a fun trip. It was worth every second of the drive down to sink our toes in the sand, wake up to the sound of the ocean, and soak up a little sun. The kids all did surprisingly well! Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Snuggles with Lucy on Valentine's Day morning. Pink cinnamon rolls for a special breakfast! On Monday we took Anna Kate on a very special play date with Reed and Molly to Build-A-Bear! After helping stuff their own buddies, the big kids "helped" Molly with hers.

Fourth of july - was hoping for smiles, but it was a bit past naptime. Sunday, January 25, 2009. We spent last weekend in Gatlinburg partly with the youth group from our old church, and partly with Michael's family. Even though it was really. Cold, we had a great time! We tried to ride up into the mountains to get some snowy pictures, but the roads were closed. So we settled for some creekside shots instead.
