Delicious Memories - The Art of Foodtography. A picture is worth a thousand words. Enter your search terms. Tuesday, March 6, 2007. Made-Over Deep Dish Brownies. I got the recipe from here. A little set-back today got me really, well, set-back, today. Nothing starts me back up like a little baking and sweets. It didn't taste exactly like the brownies that I used to make with all the sugar, butter and eggs, but it wasn't bad. It tasted like chocolate-y bread, in a good way. Fun with Slow Cookers.

http://kalimyst.blogspot.com/2015/07/i-love-dennis-leary.html
Veils of Kali's Myst. Musings and rantings of a hyperactive mind. Friday, July 24, 2015. I love Dennis Leary! Yesterday I woke up at my friends place but had zero energy. I couldn't even get up with the alarm. I slept another 3 hours before I had the energy to call in sick. Spent half of the day either vegging or sleeping. Got home around 9:30 and managed to do 2 loads of laundry before crashing again. Thank-you for leaving a comment! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sarongs to be gifted. A couple of ...

http://kalimyst.blogspot.com/2015/07/usmania-cuisine.html
Veils of Kali's Myst. Musings and rantings of a hyperactive mind. Saturday, July 25, 2015. Friday I was corralled into going to help a friend figure out what type wedding dress suits her best. She brought along her 3 bridesmaid and her mom. We all knew her mom was going to be difficult and we were not surprised. When they are cooked in fucking WHEAT FLOUR. It's supposed to be chickpea flour. WTF? Thank-you for leaving a comment! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sarongs to be gifted. Hopefully this twe...

Breakfast Today: Bahhh
http://breakfast-today.blogspot.com/2013/05/todays-mush.html
I like breakfast a lot. Here is where I talk about it. Monday, May 20, 2013. Last night I soaked almonds and raisins to soften them for the morning. About five years ago, I soaked almonds for the first time. I left them outside my dorm window to dry. I woke to a garrulous murder of crows crowding the roof of the loggia. They returned every day for a long time, but were infinitely better than the rodent they preceded. I love this blog. May 20, 2013 at 8:27 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://breakfast-today.blogspot.com/2013/07/purslane-for-breakfast.html
I like breakfast a lot. Here is where I talk about it. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Warning: This is an educational post! When I woke up, I decided to cook up some eggs with chard and purslane. Then I threw in some rosemary and Italian parsley from my herb garden out back. I took one whiff of the finished product and decided I had to post. Then I took a bite and followed through. But this blog is about breakfast. So here is a traditional Mexican purslane-and-eggs recipe: Verdolago con Huevos. Tell Me A Story.

The Five Rivers: Love dem Ribs
http://thefiverivers.blogspot.com/2007/09/love-dem-ribs.html
Wednesday, September 26, 2007. I have to post this recipe for two solid reasons: a) this picture is just too damn cute not to share and b) these were the best ribs I have ever wrapped my ghetto suckers around. I've tried a few stabs over the years to cook ribs at home that were as good as the ones you get in the restaurants (fall off the bone, tender, etc.) without much luck. I've boiled, grilled, broiled, baked and every combination of the sort but Mom has perfected the art of cooking pork ribs! If we c...
