So we had the taste test last night. The general consensus was that the beer tasted very nice but it was completely flat. I've asked around on the forums and although I can imagine three possible scenarios for the flatness, the only answer seems to be: leave it for another month. There's not enough yeast (or the yeast isn't doing it's job).
