Most recent picture of the system. Recently installed manifold. 3-way tri-clover ball valves from Brewer's Hardware. No more hose changes! A view of the cooling coil.

You know you have an issue when you go out to your car in the morning to go to work and see beer seeping out from underneath the garage door. This looked much worse this morning before all of the foam collapsed. I should have taken a picture then. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Posted Mar 12, 2011, 7:25 PM. Then the smoke test. Luckily, the LEDs on the board and modules all lit up and the Brewtroller logo was on the LCD. Here is the entire board. The temperature sensors from Brewer's Hardware. Haven't arrived yet, so there isn't much that I can do yet. I did get MLT, HLT, and Boil Kettle volume. Getting all of the new toys makes it even worse that it will be months before the brew system is completed.

Details on my personal 1.5 BBL semi-automated home brewery that will perhaps one day serve as a nano / small commercial starter system. Friday, August 21, 2009. After going back and forth, I ended up deciding on an option I have not mentioned on the blog yet: the BCS-460. Before I can use it, I need to make a few changes to the system. Mainly:. Add a burner to the mash tun (for heating strike water and yes, recirculating and maintaining temps during the mash). Anyway, onward and upward!

I put together a new brewing PC tonight. Actually, it is not a new PC, but it should serve its purpose well. I attached an older model touch screen display to it as well. Works great. Now I just need to find a place to mount everything. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
