Thursday, March 8, 2007. Yesterday was my last day of class for spring quarter. Now just a few exams to tuck under my belt and I'm ready for a week of spring and fun. It's hard to believe that after four more quarters, they're going to let me be a nurse. A real one. One that gets paid and everything.it's going to be glorious. Tuesday, April 15, 2008. First Girls Trip of 08. A few weeks ago Megan, Rachel and I went on a little girls weekend to the Washington Coast. Turns out it was REALLY cold and actually hailed the whole time we were there, but we made the best of it and had a smashing time dancing, drinking wine, and combing the beach. I am spending most of my time working, playing with Jude, and hanging out with friends here in Georgia. Friday, January 16, 2009. 36 Weeks - The Last Leg. I can't believe I am typing about the beginning of my 9 th. MONTH of pregnancy. Wow. Well, as most of you have experienced, the weather here in Indy has been atrocious this week. Today's high is 4 degrees. I'm managing to stay warm, but poor Nathan is stuck taking the dogs out every single time. Its amazing how warm my body is with this little bun in the oven - no pun intended! 1 1/2 pounds is how much the placenta weighs. 2 pounds for the amniotic fluid.

Sunday, April 19, 2009. Jude Cole - 9 Weeks and counting! Well, I admit that I am a bad blogger but I blame it on motherhood! The last 9 weeks have been fantastic watching Jude grow and blossom into a little person. Where do I even begin. how about the beginning? He would also lay on his belly, lift his head and turn it to the other side to find the rattle. It was incredible to see him do these things after only a month of life! Then, his hair started to fall out and he developed baby acne pretty badly!

Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Sum-sum-summa time: Weeks 10-13. The last few weeks have been absolutely fantastic! Nathan finally wrapped up his 3 month tour with Third Day and has been around the house helping out. I started back to work full-time last week and it went very well. Friday, July 2, 2010. Yes, we are STILL alive. Been such a long time since I have been able to sit without a child crawling up my leg, my husband wanting to stare longingly into my eyes, writing a paper for work, or driving to or from Indy! During that time, I became very close with another band wife, Dede, who was pregnant (congrats on Baby Boston being born last night! So the tour finally ended the last day in March and we quickly turned around, packed up and headed to Destin with Nathan's family.
