The Callegaris!: April 2012
http://thecallegaris.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Rob Lindsey. Drew. Ellie. Sophie. Monday, April 23, 2012. Because not enough is going on. We bought this little item this weekend. Not that we are really starting to potty train, but since he can now tell us when he is poopy (and sometimes tell us BEFORE he is poopy), I figured we could start spending a few minutes on the potty before bath time. At first he was scared to sit on it. Now it is his preferred place for catching up on the classics. Posted by Lindsey Callegari. Sunday, April 22, 2012. I told t...

Candle by candle: Lana Pics
http://candlebycandle.blogspot.com/2012/09/lana-pics.html
It is better to light one candle than curse the darkness.". Thursday, September 13, 2012. Yet another photos-only post. Lana almost has the hang of the jumper so maybe one of these days she'll let me type for more than 30 seconds at a time. In the meantime, here are some pics to make my family smile. She's getting expressive. Not especially verbal, but she did just realize she can gasp and wheeze, which is awesome for Mom and Dad. Yes I know you have cradle cap, dear. Candle by candle: November 2012
http://candlebycandle.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
It is better to light one candle than curse the darkness.". Friday, November 30, 2012. I did write this right on her second birthday. Just taken me awhile to get it posted! Apparently I've run out of storage space for photos, so that's been confounding me. Unfortunately, no photos but here's the long update on my big girl! My dear, dear, sweet baby girl,. You are TWO years old! Every month, I think, “This is my favorite age yet! 8221; “Um… maybe? 8221; “I LOVE IT! 8221; Or your latest: “Move! Lana was bo...

Candle by candle: May 2012
http://candlebycandle.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
It is better to light one candle than curse the darkness.". Thursday, May 31, 2012. So we're still all alive, and doing well to boot! Blogging (and photo-taking) has gone the way of most things lately - if it's not sleeping, eating, feeding, or changing diapers, I'm probably not doing a whole lot of it. I've been taking a ton of iPhone photos (follow me on Instagram! Looks like we have a shower-singer here. Julia, post-sprinkler, enjoying her sand and water table. I could eat this up. My mom was also gre...

The Callegaris!: Drew at Two
http://thecallegaris.blogspot.com/2012/10/drew-at-two.html
Rob Lindsey. Drew. Ellie. Sophie. Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Precious, loving, smelly, wild, charming, goofy boy, you are TWO! I can't even get over how much fun you are. You legitimately talk. To me now. I can ask you about things you did yesterday or at school and you can understand the question and give me a correct answer. You probably speak in 4-5 word sentences, but I counted one 8 word sentence today. Drew, I have no idea how to tell you how much we love you, how proud we are of you, and how muc...

The Callegaris!: Almost a month later
http://thecallegaris.blogspot.com/2012/12/almost-month-later.html
Rob Lindsey. Drew. Ellie. Sophie. Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Almost a month later. I can't believe it's been a month since I last posted. Yes I can. It's been a crazy month. Our closing date on our new house got pushed out three times. That meant that I got to reschedule everything (movers, cable installers, etc) three different times. Even when we were in the car driving to the title company I wasn't sure we were actually going to close that day. Luckily, we did. Posted by Lindsey Callegari. Ellie - 8 M...

The Callegaris!: Seclusion, Day 7
http://thecallegaris.blogspot.com/2013/03/seclusion-day-7.html
Rob Lindsey. Drew. Ellie. Sophie. Monday, March 11, 2013. Seclusion, Day 7. AKA: I am slowly going crazy. We have had a bear of a week in the Callegari household. The bumps seemed to disappear as a truly nasty diaper rash and bout of diarrhea took over. I decided I should make her an appointment at the doc while Drew was at school on Tuesday. She took one look at said "chicken pox." Awesome. Except then she looked in his mouth. The bumps were in his mouth, ruling out chicken pox and positivel...So D was ...

The Callegaris!: Pass the (packing) peanuts
http://thecallegaris.blogspot.com/2012/10/pass-packing-peanuts.html
Rob Lindsey. Drew. Ellie. Sophie. Friday, October 19, 2012. Pass the (packing) peanuts. Life hasn't slowed down in the least, but at least it seems to be on a positive upswing. Our house is under contract after 8 days on the market. The buyers are friends of friends and I am great friends with their realtor, so that has been ideal. We are negotiating the final things from our inspection now. I haven't packed one box. I may be moving in 3 weeks. Come on, motivation! Posts to document those things soon!
