Adult Day Programs | BRIDGE For Youth and Adults with Disabilities

9am – 3pm, Monday – Friday. BRIDGE Day Services offer opportunities for learning activities of daily living for adults with disabilities starting at age 18. This program uses the BRIDGE building as a base from which clients can hub into the community for meaningful daily activities. BRIDGE provides individualized planning and support, customized to meet the needs and interests of the client. Transition Services are also available for special education student’s ages 18-21 years old. September – June.
Summer Programs | BRIDGE For Youth and Adults with Disabilities

9am – 3pm, Monday – Friday. June – August. Enjoy summer leisure and recreational activities with friends ages 7th grade and up at BRIDGE. Clients participate in community field trips, cooking and craft classes and music and theatre. Trips to the YMCA, sporting events, museums and state parks are planned weekly. BRIDGE For Community Life has the following. On-Call Job Coach, Program Assistance,. Route Driver, Hourly Services. Assist youth and adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities during program hours in the Day Services Program. Assist adults with disabilities on the job sites, supporting employees with job training and tasks, complete required documentation. Provide safe and productive supervision to youth and adults with disabilities in their home and/or community. Monday Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm.
