We are so sad that we won’t be able to celebrate his first birthday with him but we are praying that we will never have to miss another birthday! We are hoping to travel to Korea for our first trip this fall – sometime in October or November! He is also saying “umma” (mama) and “appa” (dada)! Happy 1st birthday to our little Ethan! Time is just flying by and I’ve been meaning to update this blog but it’s been a busy couple months. Praise the Lord for helping Ethan to adjust to our family! He attached to all of us very quickly. Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Christmas past and Christmas now Healing! With Christmas coming I was thinking about the past few we have had. I know it's stressful when you have a child on the spectrum and I wanted to share what I realized hoping that it helps someone. My parents came to visit (6 months into regression) and I will never forget the look on my Fathers face while we sat at the dinner table while Emma screamed and kicked under the table for reasons that I still don't know.
