Thursday, July 11, 2013. Breakfast up the Mountain.at Randy's. Since Ivy Creek Campground is still closed, and probably will be for a while. Our good friend and neighbor, Randy Wood, has offered his place for a breakfast, THANKS, RANDY! Usual time. cooks arrive about 7:00, Coffee 8:00, Breakfast 9:00. For those of you not here, the fire has slowed down and the smoke is not too bad. Anything can happen and the fire is really dependent on the wind or lack of it.but for now all is good! Saturday, August 24, 2013. Hiked up Gold Bar Road, near Love Lake, this afternoon and took these photos. The fire was devastating but as you can see in some of the photos the aspen are. Already sprouting new growth and there were wildflowers in bloom. Heading up Gold Bar.just getting into the burned area. Wild flowers were blooming. Sunday, February 13, 2011. I went two point seven seconds on a bull named Fu Man Chu. Not really.but since every summer my dad takes us Rocky Mountain. Climbing this year for Christmas we decided to take him sky diving.Indoor Skydiving that is! We had the most incredible day out at Sky Venture. We had a very brief intro and learned the hand signals. And basic body form.then we suited up and it was time to try our wings! Emily wasn't sure this was a good idea.the fan was BIG and LOUD! Dad was flying high!
