Stay hip with the Hipple's. Mark, Adrienne, Cala, and Ethan. Sunday, June 26, 2011. I got really crafty this spring, it was so much fun! It all started with an egg wreath for the front door. I saw the idea on this blog. And convinced my friends that they should also have egg wreaths. It looked so cute on the blog, but making it ended up being quite a process. First we had to go shopping for the stuff (hello just-opened Hobby Lobby! And finally putting it all together. And here's the finished product!

I love the candy and telling those I love how important they are to me. Cala and I made and decorated some sugar cookies. She dropped what she was doing and came right away to pick Cala up for her party.

Stay hip with the Hipple's. Mark, Adrienne, Cala, and Ethan. Sunday, May 6, 2012. Mark and I ran our second half marathon yesterday. I was amazed at how much easier it was, mentally and physically, than my first. Not to say that it was easy, just a little easier in comparison. I almost cried again when I crossed the finish line, but managed to hold back the tears this time. It just always feels like such a huge accomplishment! And here we are after the race.
