The Unfolded Path: April 2013
http://unfoldedpath.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Enjoying the Brompton-life in Central New York and beyond! Sunday, April 21, 2013. April 15, 2013. Taxes are done and in the post! After a thorough cleaning this morning, I mapped out a route that would take me on a 40 mile circuit of Syracuse that included a number of stops. Having never toured by bicycle, this is my attempt to somewhat simulate the experience, without being fully loaded at this point. Like Fernando at The Dirty Brompton. A beautiful day filled with sunshine! First stop was Heid's.

Two small wheels, one compact fold, and the road ahead. Archive for the ‘Travel’ Category. Blue Skies and Dennos. September 8th, 2015. It was rainy, off and on, with varying degrees of intensity, for a few days in a row here in Grand Traverse. When the weather broke, Basil was ready for an adventure. We rode the TART trail into town, and stopped to admire the sky and the ships at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy. We ran a bunch of errands while in the city proper, and stopped at the Dennos Museum. Though...

Two small wheels, one compact fold, and the road ahead. Archive for the ‘Short Trips and Errands’ Category. May 17th, 2015. Basil and I took a spin around the alleys of a suburban town, as we are wont to do, and here’s what we found this time. On these streets, there aren’t any driveways at the front of the homes, or running beside them. Parking and housing vehicles is usually done at the extreme back of each lot, where these buildings often still stand. The windvane is designed after an old schooner; I ...

Kris and Ria visit Korea 2011. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Traditional Korean Hanbok Costumes. The whole time we were in Korea, Ria wanted to have a picture taken with a Korean woman in a Hanbok dress. While looking for a place to have dinner, we discovered the Traditional Korean Cultural Experience Zone. Thanks, Incheon Airport! Our Jam...
