Lindsey's Totally Amazing BlogSpot. A spot to share Lindsey's achievements. Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Spending a lot of time with family over the holidays. A few photos of Lindsey and her cousins at a restaurant. Sunday, December 26, 2010. Yelled in typical Braveheart fashion). We could barely keep up with her. Chad was running along side of the bike and I was running to get in front to take a decent photo. None of us could feel our hands it was so cold and wet. Friday, December 24, 2010.

Perfect Madness: February 2014
http://leslieallyne.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
From infertility to motherhood and anything else I can think of. Saturday, February 22, 2014. Even as I type that title I get worried that it's too strong of a conviction. I'm still me, still busy, still lazy, still flaky, still have my priorities out of whack, and even more dangerous, still have no filter. Mental note: no complaining about work. So, rather than I'm back, how about I'm coming back? After 15 years in business, my mainstay is gone. And more recently, it's where I would go (at least twice p...

Christmas Day at Gram's and Papa's House. We headed over to Gram's and Papa's house for lunch. When we got there, I saw a big brown-wrapped box and it had an "M" and a "W", so I knew that meant it was for me and Madeline. It wasn't long before we got the okay to open it! It was a new picnic table! I guess Santa didn't tell Gram and Papa his secret. It's okay, we can use them both! Papa set it up for us so we could eat lunch at it. We kept opening presents. I got a new book that makes noises! So we got to...

I knew Santa Claus was magic, but man! We got home from church this morning to a great surprise! Santa Claus sent one of his elves back to our house again this year! This time he arrived by setting out a great breakfast for us! He even brought our favorite - donut holes! And all kinds, too! We each got these cool cups with curly straws with our initials on them - "W" for me and "M" for Madeline! Our elf brought us a book to read too - The Elf on the Shelf. Mommy read it to us while we at our donuts!

Riding My Bike for a Cure. My preschool's Lenten service project is to participate in a Trike-a-Thon to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. See, there are lots of kids there, just like me. Except one difference. they're really sick. I'm not talking about ear infections or scraped knees. These kids are very sick and have to stay at the hospital for a long time. But the great doctors and researchers at this hospital take very good care of them! Aunt Lori and Uncle Tony. What do you think?

Finally - We know what was under our tree! For weeks now, we've had a bunch of presents wrapped under our tree. For Madeline, it was no big deal. But me. I knew which ones had a "W" on the tag. And that meant it was for ME! As Christmas neared, I constantly asked Mommy and Daddy "Is tomorrow Christmas, the day we get to open our presents? Finally, it was here! First, we gave Daddy his present. He only got to go first because his had to be delivered. Outside. It was too big! It's a big tool cabinet! And I...

Country Livin': 3 months later...

Thursday, August 16, 2012. Coo and say her vowels. Drool enough to reverse a drought. Suck her left thumb and chew on her right hand (can we say teething soon? Almost grab stuff by herself. Bring items that are in her hand to her mouth. Stand with straight, strong legs while you hold her. Almost sit up without any help. In fact, she prefers sitting up. Roll from her tummy to her back. I love her big, blue eyes. I think they just might stay blue. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Tuesday, May 22, 2012. One week ago at 11:00pm my contractions began. After a couple of hours, they became regular at 4 minutes apart. We called the doctor and were off to the hospital. . I couldn't believe I was going to have a baby! 160; Matthew was able to come in when I was finished being prepped. He held my hand while a very sweet nurse talked me through the whole process. . At 4:28pm the room was filled with the sound of our daughter's screams. It was a great sound because she is what ...My sis...
