Friday, April 10, 2009. We went on a 5 night cruise to Mexico for our honeymoon. Danny has never been on a plane, and we didnt want to make our honeymoon that first adventure! So we took a boat instead- it was a lot of fun and very relaxing. And the food and drinks were SO good. too good :) Here are some pics from our trip. Sunday, April 5, 2009. And a few more. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Yesterday, I had the carpets cleaned in my apartment. It was well overdue since it had not been done since I moved in, a complete 6 years ago. I have been so proud of the result! To paint or not to paint? That is the question. It definitely gives me a different perspective on the room! It's the next best thing to moving.mixing it up a bit. This salad dressing is sooo good and healthy! I love that it's fresh and you can whip it up yourself. It would be great for those of you with an herb garden. Here's the recipe. (:. 3/4 c olive oil. 1/4 c raw apple cider vinegar. 2 or 3 cloves garlic, peeled. 2 T fresh lemon juice. 1 1/2 t. sea salt. 1/2 c fresh basil. 1/4 c fresh oregano.

Monday, August 2, 2010. We found out on Friday that we are having a boy! We went to one of those 4D places because I have been very sick and was a little impatient to wait until my 20 week appointment to see the baby and hear the heartbeat- and I was also hoping we would find out what we are having! His name is Luke Daniel English and we could not be more excited! Hopefully this will not last much longer. I got to meet him and he signed a little tshirt for Luke! Ok - so I know that title doesn't really make sense, because I'm not going to teach you how to whale watch - but I just liked it. So, I wrote it. :-). Today was such an adventure - and COLD! We leave for Campbell River tomorrow where we're going to Salmon fish, whale watch and go on some wildlife adventure tour - should be interesting! Forget the whales.I am excited to have a Jim sighting! I do love my wine.
