http://theprosandthecons.blogspot.com/2006/04/busy-week.html
The Pros and the Cons. Anxiety, confusion, humor and faith. Provided by Christ Notes. Monday, April 03, 2006. Here's a list of things I did this week:. I held a woman's head while the doctor drilled into her brain. I performed CPR on an 87 year old man in full-code. I found my mother-in law passed out on the floor and had her rushed to the emergency room. I spent the evening in a psychiatric hospital (for school, that had nothing to do with my mother-in-law). I got an A on an exam. See, it wasn't all bad.

The Pros and the Cons. Anxiety, confusion, humor and faith. Provided by Christ Notes. Saturday, March 25, 2006. He didn't "Walk the Line". I just saw "Walk the Line" the other day. In it, Elvis is depicted as having introduced Johnny Cash to drugs. In the movie, you see how his family, with the help of a pair of shotguns, are able to help Mr Cash to overcome his addiction. Elvis wasn't so lucky. It's a good thing Elvis is dead, otherwise, burying him was a real mistake. Tuesday, March 07, 2006. Journey o...

Have you ever read the story about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego? You can read about it in the Bible in the book of Daniel, chapter 3. So what does one take from this story? I think it is an important illustration about faith. A lot of people have been asking "Why do you believe? Or even "Why should I believe? Posted by otho @ 6:24 PM. Thank you for your comme...

http://theprosandthecons.blogspot.com/2008/05/whats-methane.html
The Pros and the Cons. Anxiety, confusion, humor and faith. Provided by Christ Notes. Friday, May 30, 2008. You've probably heard a lot about greenhouse gasses. There has been a lot of talk about carbon dioxide causing global warming. People talk about methane, but it seems there is still a lot of confusion regarding the role of methane in global warming. First of all, what is methane? Secondly, methane in the atmosphere retains heat 20 times more than carbon dioxide. So what does all this mean?

The Pros and the Cons: January 2006
http://theprosandthecons.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
The Pros and the Cons. Anxiety, confusion, humor and faith. Provided by Christ Notes. Sunday, January 29, 2006. I'm a big believer in the notion that men need their own thing. It might be a hobby, like fishing. It might be a sport, like bowling. Men need outlets for their stupidity. Some men have chosen internet porn, and promptly ruined their marriages. Other men have found less destructive ways to express their maleness. Sometimes that means beer, sports, and pool. Watch it now on StupidVideos! My fake...

The Pros and the Cons. Anxiety, confusion, humor and faith. Provided by Christ Notes. Tuesday, May 23, 2006. I just finished reading Dan Brown's "The Da Vinci Code" and I'm obligated to say my piece. First of all, would I recommend it? Probably not. Although geeks like me who like puzzles and stories about treasure hunts would appreciate the pace and adventure of the story, the religious iconography and blasphemy muddle the narrative. Did it cause me to question my faith? John 2:16 ."Get out of here!
