This recipe can be used in either a 9x13 pan or jelly roll cooking sheet. BAKE@ at 375 for 20-23 minutes. OR till the top begins to get golden brown). HEAT in pan till golden brown* * * *. Then, remove from heat and add:. 2 c Powdered sugar. Use whisk to beat till smooth. You can use any ripe banana though.
