Friday, July 3, 2009. Cooper turned 2 on July 1st. He wanted to lick everything off the things that were on the cake. Yummy cake and ice cream. Cooper now wears big boy underwear. I started potty training him the day before his birthday. So he has been potty trained for 4 days now. So good so far. Only one poop and one pee accident. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Grace came to me with that look of guilt written all over her face, and I knew she was about to confess a wrongdoing. I said, Meanie, meanie coco leanie hanging on a ugly wu-wu-wu-weenie." (she whispered weenie with complete and utter shame in her voice). I had to try my hardest not to laugh. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Is it Halloween yet? Sawyer is so happy that all the Halloween stores are FINALLY open! We go every Saturday as a family and then I usually take him once durning the week by ourselves. He is getting tired of wearing princess dresses so today I went to a second hand store and bought him a couple of costumes! He has literally tried all if them on 15 times each. Saturday, December 25, 2010. On Monday 12/20/2010 our youngest, Brooklyn, turned 5. Both of us feel that she acts WAY older than her age, and we both notice how quick she is growing up! Brooklyn was so excited about her birthday and having all of her friends over. They decorated Christmas cookies, played hot potato, stomped on some balloons, and opened presents. Even though her birthday is so close to Christmas, we made sure that it didn't feel to her like we rolled in two celebrations into one!

Sunday, September 11, 2011. It has been a while since our blog was last updated. We have had some significant changes in our lives that has kept us very busy. We recently moved from Las Vegas to the Portland, Oregon area. We still feel like we are on vacation and that we will be going back to Vegas, and then it dawns on us that we are here to stay. a very weird feeling. If you are ever up this way, or want to take a NICE vacation for the summer, please don't hesitate to call us- we have plenty of room!
