In a wink...: January 2009
http://inawink.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The kids had the most fun eating tons of snow. Once again convincing them that yellow snow does NOT mean lemonade is a little difficult. Kids and glue - that's another reason craft time is not as often as they would like. There needs to be a glue governor. Yes, rascone. Now say it with a French accent. Ras-Scone. I asked him what it was and his reply was, "You know a Rascone." Oh, I get it. Rascal - Rascone - same difference. Just the other day we were working on adding and s...

http://inawink.blogspot.com/2010/02/i-just-found-this-movie-while-looking.html
Saturday, February 20, 2010. I just found this movie while looking through Christmas pictures. I chuckled so I had to share. And yes, it does look as if I am neglecting a semi-war in progress but in reality I was managing the war. I was making sure that it didn't escalate to a full war. Excuses, excuses. Oh, and as always the pictures and videos posted are property of the owner of this blog site/post, inawink.blogspot.com. This comment has been removed by a blog administrator. And there is more.

In a wink...: December 2009

Wednesday, December 09, 2009. As the picture would indicate - here are the kids at Old Man's Cave. We took a little 'acation (that would be Vacation but thanks to Chelsea M., it will always be without the "V"). It was a nice weekend trip. We stayed with the family in a big cabin. The kids loved it! Alex and Audrey still talk about it. In fact, since we are looking for a house, they want our new house to look exactly the same. Would love to go back. We also went to a place called AHA! I thought he had met...

In a wink...: March 2010
http://inawink.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 31, 2010. We left it at that. I thought it was done. Then Alex shows up in the kitchen with a wad of cotton balls. "Where did you find those? Did you get them out of the trash? I asked. "Nooooooo! Realllllly, I didn't. I found them under the chair in the living room! He whined. Yes, he whined. Lorelai showed up just after this with a little grin on her face. "Why did you hide them? I asked. "Because I was being sneaky," she whispered. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Sorry, Aunt Em. Monday, March 29, 2010.

In a wink...: April 2009
http://inawink.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2009. My little boy is no longer little. I cannot believe how big he is getting. Alex will be starting school in the fall. He flip-flops on whether or not he wants to go to school. Audrey consistently wants to go to school. She will not like it that she will be staying home with the momma. That is at first. I think she will enjoy the attention. You will be happy and not sad." Audrey talks about her friend, Alecia, who was sick and is now in heaven, too, with Anaiya. In the city and pl...

In a wink...: July 2009
http://inawink.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 11, 2009. Alex and Audrey at the Boonshoft. Museum, or the Boonshop. Museum as the kids call it. They love it and spend most of their time acting like monkeys climbing up the rope ladder and sliding down the very curvy slide. We are excited 'cause now Lorelai. Can go with us on a regular basis. Marked the one year anniversary of Anaiya's. It the same way we did her burial. We went to Byron Cemetery and said a prayer and sent balloons, with our kisses, to Anaiya. Everyday we are so blessed .

Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Alex and Audrey reading a book with their Grandma Stanley. The books were gifts from the Giving Tree. The Giving Tree was very exciting for the kids - it kept giving presents! Aunt Doris and I discussed how this would be expected next year. It was fun and gave the kids something different to do as this was our 7 th. And final Christmas celebration of 2008. We had a lot of fun opening a lot of presents. The kids received. House I iced the cake and let the crazy rug rats.

In a wink...: June 2009
http://inawink.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 18, 2009. Audrey Grace dressed in her finest. She is definitely a girl-y. Girl At least she still likes worms, but not crickets. Definitely does not like crickets. "I will step on them and kill them." Nice, real nice. This is an exchange we had in the car the other day as we drove by the cemetery. Mommy: That is where Anaiya. Alex: I know that. I see her. She is there under the flowers. I mean, her bones are under the flowers. Mommy: Yes, but where is her heart? Audrey: I like coyotes.

Thursday, February 18, 2010. Audrey was playing Barbies in her room today. Alex was helping me mend both his and Audrey's toys back to health - sutures all around. Alex became bored and went to Audrey's room to ask if he could play with her. Audrey said, "Sure. But only if you can talk in a girl voice." "Ok, how's this? Alex asked in a high pitched voice. "Fine." And then they played. Too funny. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). And there is more. Alex and Audrey Pictures. Please take a number.
