The Centre is part of the Triratna Buddhist Community, a movement dedicated to making the traditional teachings of the Buddha accessible to people living in the modern world. At the Croydon Buddhist Centre we teach meditation and Buddhism in a way that is relevant to contemporary life. You can learn to meditate at one of our drop-in meditation classes, by attending a course or by going on retreat. We also run yoga classes, school visits, a charity shop and we celebrate Buddhist festival days.
