Changeover day is normally a Saturday, but is flexible. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time is 10.00am. A 20% deposit at time of booking secures dates, with the remainder paid 6 weeks before arrival. Prices include all linens. The properties are rented on a self catering basis. Nearest amenities are approximately 7km. The owners live locally so a welcome pack can be arranged if needed. Sorry - no pets allowed. The Apartment is upstairs, so not suitable for elderly or infirm.
