A Pinkdaisy Life: March 2015
http://pinkdaisyjane.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 3, 2015. My friends, The Webbs, are on an amazing adventure. They are travelling the country in a van and a trailer interviewing young people that are changing the world in very real ways. {Their story is much too cool to try to summarize in one little sentence, or even in a paragraph. Head on over to www.oneyearroadtrip.com to follow their adventures and link to their social media accounts. You won't regret it.}. That's giving we can all do. Would you join us on Instagram. A Pinkdaisy Life: Five Minute Fridays: Present
http://pinkdaisyjane.blogspot.com/2013/07/present.html
Friday, July 12, 2013. Five Minute Fridays: Present. One of my favorite things about blogging is joining Lisa Jo Baker {The Gypsy Mama} for Five Minute Fridays. People from all over the blogosphere join together each Friday and "just write," rather than worrying about getting it "just right." Please join us! And if you don't have a blog, feel free to leave your five minutes in the comments below.}. In the moment. Involved. Committed. Or I'll no longer be present. I'll be a shell of who I am supposed to be.

Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Finding Contentment in a Pinterest Envy World. I've been a part of several conversations and read several articles recently on the topic on "Pinterest Envy.". Women {and men, too, I'm sure} are exposed to the beautiful pictures, perfectly decorated homes, and amazing "fixes" of their on-lines neighbors, and in addition to finding inspiration and education, they are finding themselves in our generation's version of "Keeping Up with the Joneses.". Tells us. Envying our neig...

A Pinkdaisy Life: July 2013

Sunday, July 28, 2013. When the Old You Comes Out to Play. I didn't like myself for a very long time. The problem with seeking your identity from other people when you already don't like yourself? You like yourself even less. You feel shame because of the foolish things you did and said. You feel rejected and less. My attention seeking behaviors were not of the substance abuse variety of destructive behaviors, but they were destructive none the less. One of the side effects of leaving that local body, an...

A Pinkdaisy Life: August 2013
http://pinkdaisyjane.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Bekahpalooza {Bittersweet, Heavy on the Sweet}. Today was bittersweet, heavy on the sweet. It's Bunky's 7th birthday, and we had a special day with him, but it was also the Littles official "see you at Christmas" to their big sister-auntie-cousin, Bekah. Boozle and Bunky in 2006 {11 years and 7 weeks respectively}. Me, Bunky the bump, and Boozle in 2006. But I'm also incredibly sad. Bekah lights up our home. You can't be around her and not catch her enthusiasm for whatever it...

A Pinkdaisy Life: December 2012

Friday, December 14, 2012. Putting Fairy Tales to Shame {a giveaway}. I love books. I love romance. I love books about romance. When I was a young one. I tried to turn every single one of my single male friends into the love of my life for one simple reason: I wanted to be the heroine of my own love story. I wanted the sweeping off my feet and the happy ever after. But I was working with misinformation, mismatches, faulty expectations, and a very faulted wanna-be heroine. Putting Fairy Tales to Shame.
