bunny with a toolbelt: I'd rather be a penguin than a snail.....
http://bunnywithatoolbelt.blogspot.com/2015/04/id-rather-be-penguin-than-snail.html
I'd rather be a penguin than a snail. Did you think I'd forget you today with my update for Alphabird? Even though it's the high holy day of bunnies and exploding peeps. And bloody marys and rhubarb soup with vanilla ice cream. I would never ever forget you. P is for Pablo. Who hailed from Peru. He loved to play pan flute. In a floral muumuu. I've been making penguins for years and it's one of my favorites. I believe the first ones I made were matching sets for my nieces for a holiday gift. Limited editi...

Truly handmade work will never be identical to any other in shape, form or color, just like your unique relationship. Life is too short not to have fun. Posted by Hilary Pfeifer. bunny with a toolbelt: A Loon with a Lute
http://bunnywithatoolbelt.blogspot.com/2015/03/a-loon-with-lute.html
A Loon with a Lute. With barely over a week to go in the Kickstarter. I am back to start dazzling you with my 7th bird for Alphabird: the Loon with a Lute. My strongest memory of this bird was paddling around a moonlit lake in northern Maine some 30 years ago as my sweetheart called to them and we'd wait for their response. Here's my sketchbook as I worked through the ditty for this page. The one I like best reads:. L is for Lucy. Who waxed sentimental,. When strumming rock ballads. Want a custom cake to...

The Portland (Oregon) Audubon Society has a wonderful event called the Wild Arts Festival on November 21 and 22.
