We had a beautiful Easter weekend and for the first time really think our daughter started to understand what the true meaning of this season is . . . the resurrection of our Savior. Of course she's still loved hunting for eggs, but it was neat to see things start to sink in. The Happiest Place on Earth! For those of you not too familiar with Las Vegas, these pictures might actually shock you. Yes, they're taken here and only about 40 minutes from where we live. With "excessive heat warnings" in the valley this weekend, we decided to go up to Mount Charleston to enjoy the cooler temperatures and let our daughter explore!

Monday, March 14, 2011. Hard to believe that our little boy is already one! He's into everything these days and thinks he can walk. Let's just say that between him and his big sister, there's rarely a dull moment at our house, but we sure love them both! I know; it's about time! I can't believe that it's really been since Halloween that we last posted anything. Sorry! I guess life happens! Instead of trying to play real catch up, I'll just post a few random shots from over the past few months.
