Then I looked at the oles - 400 calories.in a small! There went all the good I did ordering the low calorie tacos! Did you know that a chicken fajita at Taco Johns is like 850 calories? I would have guessed that if anything, that would be one of the better choices. Yikes! You are so much better off preparing your meals at home. And thanks for the love!

Tuesday, January 21, 2014. I am a Scorpio ;). It's been the perfect day: snowy and cold outside but the fireplace is on and the stew is cooking - making the house smell glorious! I finally took the time to clean off my desktop and get rid of stuff that was cluttering it up. I love having newly freed space on my computer! My dog pooped today! Monday, January 27, 2014. Summer.I want you back! Goofing off at the apple orchard. I want those days again. It's WAY TOO COLD for me right now! We have to keep the heat in our house at 60 degrees because of a pipeline explosion in Canada. I'm so looking forward to the call that tells us we can go back to our normal gas usage! Fit and Fab at 48. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Its the same ol', same ol' going on around here. Weekdays on track 100% diet and gym, struggling on the weekends. I'm not posting daily diet coz most days are the same, just different protein and different veg - low carb veg! Squats, deadlifts, lunges hit my glutes and quads but miss the side bits.
