Friday, October 29, 2010. Happy 4th Birthday Dexter! Mommy also started a running program called "Couch to 5K" for her new exercise plan. And hopes to be able to run a 5K by the end of the year. She has never been motivated to run before and is unsure how her knees will feel, but she is excited to try.
