July 24, 2015-. Today I took my BlackBerry Tech Support Call follow-up survey. The survey was curated and delivered via Satmetrix Systems Inc. Interestingly this company and its partners say they're out to help clients discover "What is the likelihood that you would recommend Company X to a friend or colleague? The 10.2 to 10.3 OS Disaster. I'm still waiting for a solution, but Blackberry doesn't seem to understand what they and they're carrier have done to me. However, a clear explanation of what was suppose to happen during the "mandatory OS upgrade" would be a start! To me it seems that Verizon Wireless. Is too large for its own good, certainly mine (but that's another story that cost my small company $2,200.). Now Blackberry and Verizon strike again.

To see what they have to say. Interestingly their website and Instructional PDF. Says nothing about data backup, not a single warnings, just "have a strong battery and a good signal". July 17, 2015.
