Back from Austin, we stopped in Salado to visit the store where we bought our wedding rings almost six years ago. This cute little place had a charming and comfortable atmosphere. This restaurant was one of the first Jim visited when he came to Waco in 1993. Family no longer operated the establishment. We were both pleasantly surprised. The meat was tasty and tender.
