Saturday, March 28, 2009. March Madness - Homemade Lasagna. The Daring Bakers have struck again. This challenge was new to me so I was very excited. Homemade Lasagna - pasta and all! The March 2009 challenge is hosted by Mary of Beans and Caviar, Melinda of Melbourne Larder and Enza of Io Da Grande. They have chosen Lasagne of Emilia-Romagna from T. By Lynne Rossetto Kasper as the challenge. Having never made pasta from scratch, I was a little intimidated. Thank goodness for YouTube. It was a success.
