Rocky Mtn. 59s: Been forever, eh?
http://rockymtn59s.blogspot.com/2011/04/been-forever-eh.html
Monday, April 11, 2011. Been forever, eh? Well, life's been pretty busy, but spring's here, and the 59 boys are going racing! I'm nervous as heck. It's been 23 years since my last real race, and that was MX. I have a feeling that flat track is gonna kick my butt sideways. I did a "Hooligan" race last year on my Sportster, and just fell in love with the idea of trying this stuff out. I'll be running Vintage Amateur class on my little Aermacchi 250. Honda Cafe 550: Slow week....
http://cafe550.blogspot.com/2008/03/slow-week.html
Documenting an attempt to bring a 1975 CB550 back to life. Thursday, March 27, 2008. Not too much progress this week. Angee started a blog for her bike at http:/ thisoldbike.blogspot.com/ and we picked up some new plugs so we can test for spark on hers. On a spark plug related note, Mike from www.somemonkey.com pointed out that NGK stopped making the D7ES’s, which are called for in the service manuals. Instead they make D7EA’s which every small engine shop seems to have. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
