I still look at her in awe and can't believe the little miracle that she is! I can say that I have learned so much about myself, motherhood, and this beautiful baby that God has blessed us with. Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Yesterday, Sophie did some amazing " first. I heard her waking up in the bedroom and as I was about to walk in to get her, I heard her say "mama mama mama mama" for the FIRST. Oh, I was a happy happy happy mama! Music to my ears! I'm pretty sure she has no idea what she is saying, but she is able to put words and sounds together. Wish I could always have my phone recording at ALL times during her first year so I don't miss precious things like this! Happy to be with her daddy.

Sunday, January 12, 2014. Two Months Old.our little blessing. We went to the doctor's today and here are her 2 month stats:. Head circumference: 15 inches. Weight: 12.125 lbs. She also got 5 shots today and 1 oral vaccine. I couldn't be more proud of my baby girl. She took the oral medicine very well, that the nurse was also surprised that she swallowed it so fast. She got 3 shots on her right thigh and 2 shots on her left thigh. Hearing her. So proud of our little Sophie! Our Sophia Lee is now two.

Thursday, March 19, 2015. Beach days and daddy days. We were able to have great quality time with Caleb before he left again for training on Sunday. He'll be gone for 2 and a half weeks this time, be home for several days, and then will be heading out again. While dada was home for a few days, we went to the pool, went out to our favorite restaurants, and also got a chance to go to the beach! I just love this man! Sophie was very happy that her dada was home.just not in this picture! The water is cold!

Monday, July 14. Just some fun summer pix. Summer is wonderful. it is fun to have so much time with the kiddos. My favorite few things. 1) not having to rush all the time to get places. 2) time to just BE together 3) super creative and fun kiddos. A few things I wish I could do without. 1) cooking food. why do we have to eat soo many times a day? 2) cleaning up, laundry. blah. Ok- now some fun pix. Monday, January 27. Ski helmets and lots change at church. I am typing from the Milwaukee airport. Leaving our kiddos with Neal and Cyndie. And leaving the sub zero temps behind. Gow got to go into school and do a presentation in both the girls' classes on being a video editor! It was really fun to see the kids be excited about making stories into movies! Wednesday, February 13. Celebrating Daisy Kate at school. Since Daisy's birthday is during summer break, she got to celebrate with her classmates on her 1/2 birthday! Instead of cake, she chose Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies with mini M and M's in them for her celebration. This is Ms. Julia, her 3K teacher. And here, Daisy is being snack helper/line leader.
