Looking forward to a fresh start…. Dropped a MINUTE and I’m going to TX! I walked/ jogged a mile again tonight and I dropped a minute from my time on Monday night. I don’t really expect that type of progress every time, but it just felt better this time and it ended up taking me a full minute less than last time to get to a mile. I’m excited! Looking forward to a fresh start…. Last night I started the workout program of the NROLFW (new rules of lifting for women). So far, so good! I could feel the burn last night and I know I got a good workout. It’s not going to be easy, but I don’t see it being such a killer that I give up.
