Caleb Jenkins less of me. At the Independence Bowl in Shreveport. Top 4 Workout Nutrition Tips! Ok, time for a confession. I’ve belonged to some very nice gym’s ever since moving to Texas. I even used to where one the hats. That being said, I can’t really say that I ever really worked out there. I’d get in to the gym about twice a month, but most months even that would probably be an exaggeration. Well, here I am, over 70lbs lighter (yeah! I hear some people actually get results with that! It’s been a while since I’ve updated my blog last time I did an update I was down 25lbs. Last December I started this journey at 278 and barely squeezed into my 44 jeans (pictured above). I weighed first thing after I woke up this morning and the scale said I weigh 355 pounds, here is a picture of the scale with me standing on it. Thursday, February 12, 2009. Hey everyone, the doctor said surgery went well and I've recovered well. I plan on being back at school Friday. Wednesday, February 11, 2009. Hey everyone. I have been feeling better recently but today has been my worst day yet. I've been working on homework some today and would love to go back to school on Friday, however it this point I may not make it back until Monday. I have an appointment with the ENT tomorrow so I will update this when I get back.
