Friday, June 29, 2012. In which I make jalapeno poppers! Two 8 oz of regular cream cheese. Let soften. Cut your jalapenos like this. Start cooking a whole pound of bacon. Yum! Add crunched up bacon to softened cream cheese. Then add about 3-4 cups shredded cheddar cheese. I kinda go by looks. Mix it all up! Then stuff jalapenos.
