Redd Adventures: October 2012
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 28, 2012. Warming up for the game. The game was played in the middle of a road which was blocked off for the event. There wasn't much diving that happened but the Nicaraguans have figured out many ways to improvise and they use their feet a lot more to get balls that we'd normally dive for. Their were some really good players. Later that night there was a ceremony to give out the trophies and awards. It started out with some Nicaraguan dancers. Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Redd Adventures: Thankful Sunday
http://reddadventures.blogspot.com/2012/11/thankful-sunday.html
Sunday, November 4, 2012. Life in Nicaragua is good, even without a car, we're enjoying our last few weeks here. The thought of leaving makes me sad, the thought of coming home makes me very excited. This week has made me aware that I'm not nearly grateful enough for the things that I have and in this month of thanksgiving I plan to change my focus. How fortunate we are to be where we are and I am grateful for your perspective to keep mine in check! November 5, 2012 at 7:41 AM. Our last day at Hermosa.

Monday, September 21, 2009. Trying to be like Jesus. Logan: "Mom, why do we just keep learning about Jesus all the time? Me: "Because we want to be like Jesus so the more we learn about him the better we will be.". Logan: "I'm trying to be like Jesus, I just keep getting distracted.". Man I love that kid- and I agree it's very hard to not get distracted by life these days. I had to throw in a cute picture of Logan for this post- I stole this one from Stacy's blog cause I loved it. Trying to be like Jesus.

There are many many things that we have already missed, a few of them are:. Need I say more? Spending all day with my mom. Monkeys, geckos and parrots (oh my! Etc I loved seeing all the animals of...

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Another fun adventure with the family. The house is carved out of a rock and is amazing. The main attraction for us was feeding the animals. Logan had to get brave enough to "kiss" the camel. And he finally did it! As did Camryn and a lot of the others! After feeding the animals we headed to the sand dunes and played for awhile. The boys found some holes that someone had dug out. Even Mason got a "taste" of the sand! There is ...
