Thursday, July 22, 2010. Jeff and I were talking about this blog and he mentioned that Camden was going to be a "star" because of this blog. True. I told Jeff that he was a supporting actor. With that said, at the top of each entry, I'm going to list Camden (the star) and anyone mentioned within the blog (supporting actors). So. I'm sure all first time moms can agree with me, it's a learning experience. So in no particular order .here's a list of what I learned and how I acquired this useful knowledge.

The important thing is that the doctors think he had a protein allergen to his formula thus we changed his one true love (milk) again. Not this cream of the crop. It has an awful smell. I'll compare it to water: Normal milk formula: Tap Water/Kroger Brand water. Soy formula: Dasani/Aquafina, Nutramigen: Voss/Perrier/Fiji. Get my drift? When it comes down to it.this stuff better work.

Lots of great food, Lots of people to see (there are some interesting folk that live in Indiana), Educational (Mason didn't quite know what to think about seeing where milk came from), did I mention the food! It was hot hot when we were there, but again, state fair. Mason had one thing on his mind for food: chocolate ice cream. He is not a sweets person, but the boy can eat some chocolate ice cream! Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Fireman Kenny, Camping. Kenny did his first "speech" for Mason's class (actually 3 classes) during fire safety week. He did really well. He had hats and coloring books for afterwards. He went over fire safety plan, smoke detectors, and stop drop and roll. There were lots of questions, some of my favorites were: Do you have a fire dog at your house? And Did you drive your fire engine here? Gotta love 3 and 4 year olds! CAMPING WITH 4 KIDS. All in all: MISSION COMPLETED!

He's had a few practices so far and really likes it. For those of you that don't know, he uses both hands equally, with everything, writing, eating, throwing. It really is quite amazing. He does however dominate batting right handed, but he can bat lefty! We've started with a right- handers. She actually did well! Barb, her instructor.
