I began this blog in 2009, right before attempting to walk the Via de la Plata from Seville, Spain up to Santiago, a distance of 1000 kilometers. On that trek, I made a decision to leave my 14 year long relationship and set out on my own, focusing on my fiber art. I hope you will continue to follow and find it of interest.

Yesterday, we took about a 7.5 mile hike to Pushwalla Oasis near Thousand Palms, California. The weather was beautiful, a cool 75 degrees, and it was a tough but worthwhile hike.
