Franklin D. Roosevelt established the Warm Springs Institute in 1927 to help soothe polio patients using hydrotherapy in the site's natural warm pools. The Warm Springs Institute currently treats about 5,000 patients every year. The Roosevelt Institute for Rehabilitation. Camping sessions with Camp Dream at the Roosevelt Institute are special times for both the campers and counselors. They help establish friendships that last a life time and create memories that never fade. Sign up for news and updates.

Counselors are the back bone of each session. They provide one-on-one interaction, coaching, and support to a specific special needs camper.
