Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Maine "The Way Life Should Be". The first two pictures are of the big bridge that you cross from New Hampshire into Maine. It's called the Piscataqua River Bridge. We drove through the seaside town of York Village. There are beautiful old houses all over that town. Here are just a couple of them. From there we went to York Harbor beach and here's the beautiful ocean. We made our way up the coast to Long Sands beach and Nubble Light. Leann is the owner and she's. Just one more p...

Wild Raspberry Hill: Favorite time of day
http://wildraspberryhill.blogspot.com/2012/07/favorite-time-of-day.html
Tuesday, July 3, 2012. Favorite time of day. Early morning is my favorite time of day. Just me and the birds. There is a river down the hill and across the road and you can see the fog rising up as the sun comes up. This is looking down our driveway. This little guy was out beside the fence trying to decide how to get through to taste the tomatoes and squash plants. The last picture is on the hill in the back yard. Trying to make a little apple orchard. Probably will take a long time to grow! I am happil...

Tuesday, May 8, 2012. We are having a nice rainy day here. The grass and all the plants can really use it. I suppose the weeds will love it too. Good day to stay inside and hook or sew. Brimfield is so much fun. Many fields of dealers with lots of stuff to look at. People from all over the country and from other countries come to sell their goods. Lots of antiques, some new things, garden ornaments. Too much to list! Still raining here so guess I'll make a cup of tea and do a little cross stitch. I'm...

Friday, May 4, 2012. It's been so long since I was last here. I went to the hookin in Westford and will show you a few pictures. It was fun to see everyones projects. Met a couple of fellow bloggers. That's always nice. Guess I'd better get back to getting ready for the sale. I'll let you know how it goes. Hope the rain holds off. See you soon. Take care. Jan. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Friday, November 9, 2012. It's been a long time time since I sat down to write a few words on this blog. Now I'm going to put my thoughts together and try to take you along on our trip. We packed up the RV and headed up the Mass turnpike to New York. It's a beautiful ride in the fall. Leaves of all colors. Hay bales rolled up for the winter. We made it to Pennsylvania the first night and set up camp near Lake Erie. We have been to the Gateway Arch before but it's always beautiful to look at sitting near ...

Sunday, February 19, 2012. A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS. Hi out there. It's been a busy month for me. I'm having eye surgery (cataracts) and so far so good. Having my other eye done Feb. 29th. Good day I hope. They say I may not have to wear glasses when I'm. Done That would be incredible since I've worn them most of my life. I'm posting pictures of a few things I have collected and an almost finished project. Picked this pin cushion up at a tag sale in Maine last summer. See you soon. Jan. Massachusetts,...

Tuesday, April 17, 2012. What a beautiful morning. The sun is making shadows across the lawn. The birds are singing outside my kitchen window. This weather is very unusual for New England. It was 90 degrees on my back porch yesterday. Supposed to be cooler today. We sure need rain though. There has been a lot of brush fires. I thought I'd show you a few pictures this morning. This is out my kitchen window. There are little birds that make a nest in the spruce tree and they sing every morning. Makes you r...
