Monday, August 3, 2009. I've been thinking about different foods that my family could try. We eat only whole wheat pasta, bread, tortillas, etc and brown rice. None of that white stuff. I have to admit that a large chunk of our grocery budget is spent on fresh produce. We just can't get enough fruit and veggies at our house. So, an obvious next step in our quest. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. The birds are singing, the trees are budding and the fields are turning green. Ah yes, spring is here at last! And to make things even better, I found out yesterday that I lowered my cholesterol by 31 points without medication. I still need to lower my LDL specifically by another 29, but that shouldn 't b e a problem. And to top it all off, Brandon and I filed our federal return last night.
